Refund policy

At Flemings Department Store, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes an item may not be quite right — and that’s completely okay. Please review the details below for our Returns, Refunds, and Exchange Policy, outlined by department.

Fashion & Giftware

  • Returns, refunds, or exchanges (both in-store and online) are accepted within 14 days of purchase.
  • Sale items may be returned or exchanged within 10 days.
  • Items marked “Reduced to Clear” or discounted by 50% or more are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Giftware returns are a maximum of 28days. 

Note: Fragile Items & Returns Policy

If you are returning a fragile giftware item, please ensure it is safely and securely packaged to avoid damage in transit. Items must be returned in a saleable condition to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

If you have received a faulty or damaged item, please contact us directly before returning it, so we can assist you promptly and appropriately.

Toys & Nursery

  • Returns are accepted within 28 days of purchase.
  • All items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • For any faulty products, please contact us directly at online@flemingsdeptstore.com
  • Christmas Extended Return Window: Purchases made from the beginning of November can be returned until the end of January.

Electrical & Outdoor Furniture

  • Due to regulations surrounding electrical goods, please contact our Electrical Department directly regarding any return or refund queries at electrical@flemingsdeptstore.com

General Return Conditions

  • Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
  • All tags, labels, and original packaging must be included.
  • The cost of returning unwanted items is the customer’s responsibility. We do not offer a collection service; please use a courier of your choice.
  • Until your return is received by us, it remains your responsibility.
  • Please include the original packing slip with your returned item.
